By downloading, installing, or using WhoWas ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
WhoWas is a mobile application that allows you to store personal notes and details about people you meet in professional and personal settings. The App provides cloud storage, search, and data export functionality.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not:
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App. You are solely responsible for the information you store, including any personal details about other people. We do not review, monitor, or endorse user-created content.
You may export your data at any time through the App Settings screen. We believe your data belongs to you.
You may delete your account at any time through the App Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be removed from our servers.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Peak Digital Technologies, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Digital Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the Effective Date above.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
