WhoWas ("the App") is operated by Peak Digital Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email address associated with that account.
User-created content: The App stores information you voluntarily enter about your contacts, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, personal notes, and other details you choose to record. This content is created entirely by you.
Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with encryption at rest and in transit. Each user data is isolated using row-level security policies, meaning no user can access another user data.
WhoWas allows you to store personal details about people you meet. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to record about others. We recommend only storing information that was voluntarily shared with you and that you would be comfortable sharing with the person it is about.
You can export all of your data at any time in CSV or JSON format through the App Settings screen.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App Settings screen. Upon deletion, all of your data including cards, details, and notes is permanently removed from our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through the App.
